Rental Agreement:

Only real estate related companies are allowed to submit ads.
Payments: Your first payment begins your subscription, and is auto-renewed every 30 days for $12.99 per ad. (Your billing cycle will start on the same day you make your first payment, and will auto-renew every 30 days from that date.)
Cancellation policy: You're welcome to cancel your ad at anytime, but we do not give refunds once the ad has already posted. Upon cancellation, your ad will remain on our site until the end of the billing cycle (unless requested otherwise.)
When you rent a 10,000 square, you will not have sole rights to that square. You do not 'own' any part of the square you rent on "TheTopRealEstateAgents.com". Your ad must be 100 x 100 pixels in size. You cannot change the block you are advertising after your link is live. Please double check the url you want traffic going to as you cannot change it later. If your link is accepted you cannot get a refund

No obscene/offensive/adult links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate. Links must abide by the terms and conditions stated on this site. If you submit a link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your advertisement spot. No obscene/offensive/adult graphics either. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.

Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// You must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum We make no guarantees to the amount or quality of the traffic you will receive.

Your ad will be placed on the main page of your selected state based on when you made the purchase. You can tell us a spot you prefer, but there are no guarantees that you will get that spot. Ads are placed first come first served from top to bottom and left to right.if your selected spot is taken your ad will be placed to the next available spot.

All payments are made with paypal and are subscription payments.We reserve the right to add as many rows of free or paid ads as we see fit. Your link will almost always go live within 12 hours. But it could take longer. Never more that 36 hours or you can ask for a refund.
